Welcome to Filey Old Stables, a former stable building thoughtfully refreshed to provide relaxed, practical accommodation close to the sea.

Sleeping up to seven guests across three bedrooms, the house is well suited to families and multi-generation stays.

After a day on the coast, come back to a comfortable space with modern essentials — fast fibre WiFi, 2 new Smart TVs, and a dining table that comfortably seats eight with refurbished chairs.

“Filey old stables is a lovely, warm, dog friendly home from home place to stay that is in a prime location not even 5 min from the beach, park and town centre.
Everything is on your doorstep with the added bonus of private off road parking what more could you ask for! 🙂
The house is over three floors and sleeps seven, with three toilets, there is plenty of space for everyone with a nice court yard garden with a seating area. The house was lovely and clean and well equipped with everything you could need from a dishwasher, washing machine, hoover and an iron and ironing board. Plus a hairdryer in each bedroom. Our two boys loved the QR codes for the fast wifi as we all know teenage boys cant live without Wifi! The beds were so comfy honestly, I had the best two nights sleep ive had in ages i didnt want to get up in the morning and the towels were lovely and soft. Ste and Jose are lovely friendly hosts always happy to help with any questions you have. We highly recommend Filey old stables and we have already booked in to return in the summer holidays. ”
